On May 5th, a Tesla Model 3 crashed into an overturned truck in California, killing the driver and injuring two others. A preliminary investigation determined the Tesla’s Autopilot system was turned on prior to the crash.
The victim had frequently posted to TikTok while in Autopilot mode; clearly gravely misinformed about the safety of this feature.
Tesla has not only misinformed and lied to the public, they are complicit in these deaths. Someone must lead the charge and hold Tesla accountable for their negligence. Stay tuned.
